I remember when you were born and the excitement of a baby boy after four girls. Number five in a family of six. Growing up on Carlyle Road we didn't have much, but even as a young man you enjoyed the finer things in life and worked hard to be able to enjoy them. Later in life - travel adventures, good food, a nice glass of wine and a round of golf with friends were some of your small joys. Your dear son Paul was the light of your life. Tragically losing him, combined with a serious brain injury, were more challenges than many people ever see in a lifetime. But you once again worked hard to find a way back and to re-engage with the world. With your beloved four-legged companions by your side, and your courageous spirit, there was more life for you to experience and enjoy. Your courage was truly inspiring. I will miss you dear brother Raymond. Love Maureen.
